Jolie is an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse and Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA), helping families navigate complex healthcare systems across Texas since 2007. She began her career in oncology outpatient care and later provided primary care in long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

In 2021, Jolie founded Compassionate Healthcare Advocacy of Texas to address the growing challenges faced by families of aging adults, particularly those dealing with dementia or other chronic health conditions. She recognized that many physicians’ offices and clinics lack the resources to fully support patients and their families during critical care transitions.

Through her advocacy services, Jolie helps clients understand medical diagnoses, coordinate care among multiple providers, and attend physician appointments—all while minimizing stress during an already difficult time. Her work ensures families receive the guidance and support needed to make informed healthcare decisions.

Since becoming a Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA) in October 2021, Jolie has been dedicated to providing compassionate, professional support to individuals and families navigating the complexities of Texas healthcare, with clients consistently noting the invaluable time, clarity, and peace of mind her services provide.
